Terms of Service

We don't work for you, we work WITH you.
When working with inkOperated, you the client, are involved every step of the way. There is no "take it or leave it" with our designs.

We value and respect ourselves and our work as much as we value and respect your business. Our Terms of Service agreement has been developed to avoid any misunderstandings between inkOperated and the business owner or client. These terms are subject to change without warning and should be read prior to each project involving inkOperated. By using our services, Client agrees to the most current version of the TOS. If Client does not expressly reject the TOS within 5 days of signing the contract, inkOperated is instructed to commence work on the project. Client’s acceptance of the TOS is binding upon all of our services including the purchase of additional services or projects at a later date.
